Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods, product launches, or seasonal demand (such as the Six Nations), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We always aim to keep delays to a minimum and will communicate clearly if extended processing times apply.
UK Delivery
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within:
2–3 working days (standard delivery)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Delivery Details
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
