Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hook & Flanker order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer simple and fair returns and exchanges in line with UK consumer law.

60-Day Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery on all eligible items.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or use.

Free UK Returns & Exchanges

  • Free returns and exchanges are available within the UK, excluding Ireland

  • For customers outside the UK (including Ireland), return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, we’re happy to help.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for refunds to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Due to the personalised nature of certain products, custom items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Game Day Custom Threads

  • Team orders

  • Any made-to-order or personalised items

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos if applicable
